Oprah’s breathing technique: Vision Board Breathing – inhale for three, exhale for three, visualise achieving your goal. On the inhale, ask yourself: what does my life look like with this goal realised? On the exhale, feel what it feels like to achieve the goal.

Why she does it: to transmute fear, release anxiety and to bolster self-confidence in the pursuit of her goal.
